My approach to Holistic Therapy is trauma-informed and blends traditional counselling techniques with Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and, when meaningful to you, spiritual exploration. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, creating a safe and grounded space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself.
